यस बाल बागिश्वरि माध्यामिक विद्यालयको अध्यक्षको हैसियतले विद्यालयको बारेमा आफ्नो केहि बिचारहरु बुदागत प्रस्तुत गरेको छु। १( भौतिक संरचना तथा भौतिक सुविधाहरुमा कक्षाकोठा ब्यवस्थापन, वाईड बोर्ड, पिउने पानी लैगिक शौचालय, फर्निचर, पंखा, प्रविधिक शिक्षाको लागी ल्याब सहितको डेस्कटप कम्यूटरहरु, गणित तथा विज्ञानको लागि आवश्यक शैक्षक सामाग्री सहित विज्ञान तथा गणित प्रयोगशाला, सानो कक्षाहरु खष्कगब िसिकाईको लागि डेस्टप कम्प्यूटर र Smart Tv, ठूलो कक्षा हरुमा प्रोजेक्टर प्रगोग, अरु विषयहरुको लागि पुस्ताकालय बाल विकास तथा पुर्व प्राथमिक तहलाई मन्टेशरी सामाग्री, शैक्षिक सामाग्री र खेल मैदानको कुनै कमि नरही पर्याप्त छ । यो विद्यालयमा सेवा सुबिधाहरु प्रशस्त छन। २( विद्यालयको प्रशासन र रणनिति विद्यालय शिक्षामा गुणस्तर अभिवृद्धी गर्नु र संस्थालाई सक्षमाता अभिवृद्धी गर्नु हो । यसको लागि विद्यालय प्रशासन योग्य र समर्पित देखिन्छ जस्को कारणा गुणस्तर शिक्षा तब देखिन्छ जब शिक्षा दिने र शिक्षा लिने दुवै पक्षले अनुसाशन र स्वस्थ्यतामा रही प्र्रभावकारी सिकाई हुन्छ । विद्यार्थीलाई शिक्षा दिने मात्र नभै शिक्षित पनि बनाउनुपर्छ भन्ने मुल्य मान्यता बोकेको प्रशासकलाई यो विद्यालयले पाएको छ। प्रशासनिय रणनिति: प्राथमिक तहमा विद्यार्थी संख्या न्यून हुनु, तहगत सिकाई उपलब्धि कम हुनु, विद्यार्थीको वार्षिक औसत हाजिरी कम हुनुको कारण आधिकतम बिधयार्थिहरु आदिबासि जनाजाति र दलित समुदायका विद्यार्थीहरु छन। र उक्त समुदाय नै गैर जिम्मेवारी मुख्य कारण देखिन्छ भने कोभिड १९ को असर साथै अभिभावकहरुमा जनचेतनाको कमी हुनु, विद्यार्थीहरुमा शिक्षाको महत्व नबुभिनु, परिश्रममा कमी हुनु, र शिक्षक कर्मचारीहरुको पनि गैर जवाफ देहीता देखा पर्दै जानु पनि देखिन्छ । यसबाट उन्मुक्ति पाउन र शिक्षालाई गुणस्तर बनाउन प्रशासकले विद्यालयमा बिभिन्न रणनिति लागु गरिदै आएको छ जुन रणनितिले अत्तिनै महत्वपुर्ण भुमिका खेलेकोहुन्छ । क) PAD FOR PASS PASS (Parent Administrator Staff Student) ले विद्यालयमा गुणस्तर शिक्षाको लागि आपनो जिम्मेवारी प्रति निष्ठावान भई PAD, ( PUNCTUALITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, DISCIPLINE ) मा अत्तिनै संबेदनशील हुनुपर्छ । विद्यालयले PAD FOR PASS को रणनितीको माध्यामबाट आप्नो विद्यालयको सबै बाल बालिकाहरुको गुणस्तरिय शिक्षामा समन्यायिक पहुँच सुनिश्चत गरी गुणस्तर शिक्षाको लागि उत्कृष्ट तथा नमुना विद्यालयको रुपमा स्थापित हुने दिर्घकालिन योजना छ । ख) समुदाय तथा सरोकारवालाहरुको सहभागिता यस विद्यालयले अनिवार्यरुपमा समुदाय तथा सरोकारवालाहरुको अर्थपुर्ण सहभागितामा विद्यालय सुधार योजना निर्माण र कार्यन्वय गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । शैक्षिक तथा भौतिक विकासका साथै शान्त, विभेदरहित, वातावरणमा अनुशासन, स्वस्थ्य र गुणस्तर शिक्षा प्रदान गर्न सरोकारवालाहरुको वास्ता, स्तर सल्लाह, सुझाव र उपस्थिति महत्तत्वपुर्ण हुन्छ । ग) विद्यालय हाम्रो शिक्षा राम्रो PASS ले यो कुरा बुभ्नु जरुरत छ कि यो सामुदायिक विद्यालय आम्रो सम्पत्ति हो । मैले संरक्षण, लगानी, मिहेनत गर्नुपर्छ, कि विद्यालय हाम्रो हो तब मात्र शिक्षा राम्रो हुन्छ भन्ने धारण सम्पुर्ण बिधार्थिहरुको मानसपटलमा हालिनु जरुरत देखिन्छ।
As the Chairperson of Sri Bal Bagishwari Secondary School, I would like to present some of my important views and perspectives regarding the school:
Our school faces no shortage of physical structures and amenities; all necessary infrastructure is abundantly available here. We have well-managed classrooms, whiteboards, safe drinking water, gender-friendly toilets, furniture, and ceiling fans in proper operation. For technical education, we feature a computer lab along with science and mathematics laboratories equipped with necessary educational materials. Desktop computers and Smart TVs are utilized for child-friendly learning in smaller classes, while projectors are used in larger classes. Additionally, we have a dedicated library for other subjects, Montessori materials and educational resources for early childhood development and pre-primary levels, and a sufficient playground.
Enhancing the quality of school education and building institutional capacity is our primary objective. To achieve this, the school administration is highly capable and dedicated. We are fortunate to have a leadership guided by the core value that quality education is achieved only when both educators and learners maintain discipline and wellness to foster effective learning, and that students should not merely be taught, but truly educated and molded with character.
However, we also face certain challenges, such as low student enrollment in primary grades, low grade-wise learning achievements, and low annual average attendance. Since the majority of our students belong to indigenous (Adibasi Janajati) and Dalit communities, factors such as a lack of public awareness, the lingering impacts of COVID-19, students failing to realize the value of education and lacking perseverance, alongside a declining sense of responsibility among some teachers and staff, have contributed to these hurdles. To overcome these challenges and elevate educational quality, the administration has been implementing various effective strategies.
To bring this into reality, every member of PASS (Parent, Administrator, Staff, Student) must remain deeply loyal to their responsibilities for quality education and highly sensitive to PAD (Punctuality, Accountability, Discipline). Through the "PAD for PASS" strategy, the school harbors a long-term plan to ensure equitable access to quality education for all children and establish itself as an outstanding model institution. Furthermore, the meaningful participation, advice, suggestions, and active presence of the community and stakeholders are mandatory in formulating and implementing the School Improvement Plan (SIP).
Finally, we need to instill the core mindset into the consciousness of all PASS members and students that "this community school is our collective property; I must protect, invest, and work hard because the school is ours, and only then will the education be great." I warmly invite everyone to move forward united for the presence and quality enhancement of our school.
