श्री बाल बगिश्वरी माध्यमिक विद्यालय, पुनर्वास नगरपालिका-७, बुद्धबस्ती, कञ्चनपुर (सुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेश) मा अवस्थित एक सामुदायिक विद्यालय हो। यस विद्यालयको दक्षिणमा वडा नं. ८ तथा उत्तर-पश्चिममा वडा नं. ५ र ६ पर्दछन्। वि.सं. २०४० सालमा श्री बाल बगिश्वरी प्रावि को रूपमा स्थापित यो विद्यालय २०५७ सालमा निम्न माध्यमिक र २०७१ सालमा माध्यमिक विद्यालय (कक्षा १० सम्म) को रूपमा स्तरोन्नति भई सञ्चालन हुँदै आएको छ। विद्यालयका प्रधानाध्यापक श्री बेक बहादुर तामाङ (सम्पर्क: ९८५८५५५८५८) हुनुहुन्छ। यस विद्यालयको सेवा क्षेत्र अन्तर्गत पुनर्वास वडा नं. ७ को सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र तथा वडा नं. ६ र ८ को आंशिक क्षेत्र पर्दछ जहाँ अधिकांश विद्यार्थीहरू राना, तामाङ, चौधरी र दलित समुदायका हुन्।
विद्यालयमा उपलब्ध भौतिक तथा प्राविधिक पूर्वाधारहरूमा व्यवस्थित कक्षाकोठा, ह्वाइट बोर्ड, पिउने पानी, लैङ्गिकमैत्री शौचालय, फर्निचर, पङ्खा, प्राविधिक शिक्षाका लागि कम्प्युटर ल्याब, गणित तथा विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला (आवश्यक सामग्रीसहित) रहेका छन्। साना कक्षाहरूमा बालमैत्री सिकाइका लागि डेस्कटप कम्प्युटर र स्मार्ट टिभी तथा ठूला कक्षाहरूमा प्रोजेक्टरको प्रयोग गरिन्छ। साथै, अन्य विषयका लागि पुस्तकालय, बाल विकास तथा पूर्वप्राथमिक तहलाई मन्टेशरी सामग्री, शैक्षिक सामग्री र खेल मैदान पर्याप्त मात्रामा उपलब्ध छन्।
विद्यालयको मुख्य उद्देश्य शिक्षामा समन्यायिक पहुँच सुनिश्चित गर्नु, गुणस्तर अभिवृद्धि गर्नु र संस्थागत क्षमता बलियो बनाउनु हो। प्रभावकारी सिकाइका लागि शिक्षा दिने र लिने दुवै पक्ष अनुशासन र स्वस्थतामा रहनुपर्ने मान्यता राखिन्छ। यसलाई स्पष्ट पार्दै शिक्षाको रथको उदाहरण दिइएको छ जसमा अनुशासन र स्वस्थतालाई दुई पाङ्ग्रा, प्रभावकारी सिकाइ (शिक्षक) लाई चालक, विद्यार्थीलाई तान्ने घोडा र गुणस्तरीय शिक्षालाई लक्ष्य मानिएको छ।
प्राथमिक तहमा न्यून विद्यार्थी संख्या, कम सिकाइ उपलब्धि र न्यून हाजिरीको समस्या समाधानका लागि विद्यालयले PASS (Parent, Administrator, Staff, School) को अवधारणा अघि बढाएको छ। यसअन्तर्गत विद्यालयमा गुणस्तर शिक्षाका लागि PAD (Punctuality, Accountability, Discipline) मा विशेष जोड दिइएको छ। PAD for PASS रणनीतिको माध्यमबाट विद्यालयका सबै बालबालिकाको गुणस्तरीय शिक्षामा समन्यायिक पहुँच सुनिश्चित गर्दै यसलाई उत्कृष्ट तथा नमुना विद्यालयको रूपमा स्थापित गर्ने दीर्घकालीन योजना रहेको छ। यसका साथै, विद्यालय सुधार योजनाको निर्माण र कार्यान्वयनमा सरोकारवालाहरूको अर्थपूर्ण सहभागिता, सल्लाह, सुझाव र उपस्थितिलाई अनिवार्य मानिएको छ। "विद्यालय हाम्रो, शिक्षा राम्रो" भन्ने भावना आत्मसात् गर्दै PASS का हरेक सदस्यले यस सामुदायिक विद्यालयलाई आफ्नो सम्पत्ति ठानी संरक्षण, लगानी र मेहनत गर्नुपर्ने कुरामा जोड दिइएको छ।
Shree Bal Bagishwari Secondary School is a community school located in Buddhabasti, Punarbas Municipality-7, Kanchanpur district, Sudurpashchim Province. The school is bordered by Ward No. 8 to the south and Wards No. 5 and 6 to the northwest. Established in 2040 BS as Sri Bal Bagishwari Primary School, it was upgraded to a lower secondary school in 2057 BS and further upgraded to a secondary school (up to Class 10) in 2071 BS, and has been operating since. The headmaster of the school is Mr. Bek Bahadur Tamang (Contact: 9858555858). The service area of the school encompasses the entire area of Punarbas Ward No. 7 and partial areas of Wards No. 6 and 8, where the majority of students belong to the Rana, Tamang, Chaudhary, and Dalit communities.
The physical and technical infrastructure available at the school includes well-organized classrooms, whiteboards, safe drinking water, gender-friendly toilets, furniture, ceiling fans, a computer lab for technical education, and science and mathematics laboratories equipped with necessary materials. Desktop computers and smart TVs are used for child-friendly learning in smaller classes, while projectors are utilized in larger classes. Additionally, there are adequate facilities for a library for other subjects, Montessori materials and educational resources for early childhood development and pre-primary levels, and a sufficient playground.
The primary objectives of the school are to ensure equitable access to education, enhance quality, and strengthen institutional capacity. For effective learning, it is believed that both the provider and the receiver of education must remain disciplined and healthy. To illustrate this clearly, the metaphor of an educational chariot is used, where discipline and wellness serve as the two wheels, effective teaching (the teacher) acts as the driver, the student is the pulling horse, and quality education (an educated individual) is the destination.
To address issues such as low student enrollment in primary grades, low learning achievements, and low attendance, the school has advanced the PASS (Parent, Administrator, Staff, School) concept. Under this framework, special emphasis is placed on PAD (Punctuality, Accountability, Discipline) to ensure quality education. Through the "PAD for PASS" strategy, there is a long-term plan to ensure equitable access to quality education for all children and establish the institution as an outstanding model school. Furthermore, the meaningful participation, advice, suggestions, and presence of stakeholders are deemed mandatory in the formulation and implementation of the School Improvement Plan.
